If I stayed at a hotel for a week, I'd make sure it had a small fridge and I'd find the nearest grocery store and get a week's worth of fruit, pre-cut snacking veggies (crudite tray)and skin milk (to turn my morning hotel coffee into a latte). I brought snack baggies from home so I could divvy up the veggies. I also would only eat half my entee at dinner and eat the rest at lunch the next day.

Great tips! Thanks! I keep a snack pack in my car for road trips with different things like fruit and veggies, a whole grain bagel with almond butter, a hard boiled egg, trail mix, etc. It really helps to have something prepared so that I don't have to worry about nutrition, or lack of, in purchased snacks.
