Makes sense to me because the hypothalamus is for balance. I have heard the shot in the ear works wonders for those trying to quit smoking.

It seems the keyword here is balance.

I have an eczema plagued family, too. Never heard of raw foods as therapy. Very interesting. Will research.

My neice is a fad dieter. She's always trying something new. When she tries something she goes gung-ho to the extreme. Any "diet" done moderately and with a little common sense may work short term. Its the common sense part that's usually lacking.

I interpreted the article as advice for the Gung-ho dieters.

My suggestion to anyone trying to lose weight is to realize nothing works over-night. Anymore than 2-3 pounds a week is too extreme. Patience is a virtue. Anyone can incorporate aspects of "diets" with lifestyle changes and overall healthier eating habits. Occasional raw meals prepared properly cannot hurt anyone. My best result is I haven't gained weight in the last ten years.

Bottom-line at some point or another I find myself using all of them, including "the air diet" because I sleep too :-)

A raw food diet is what everyone should be on. That is God's original diet for man. I am on it and it actually costs less than when I was on a meat diet. I have literally seen where it cured people on illnesses, especially cancer. It builds your immune system and that in turn heals the body of all illnesses.
