In a University of Tokyo study, women who ate high-water-content foods had lower body mass indexes and smaller waistlines. Researchers speculate that the water in these foods may fill you up so you eat less. Soup is another great “wet” food choice.
With the seasons turning colder, a nice bowl of soup not only provides us with nutritional benefits, but some much needed warmth.
As well, the high water content gives us a feeling of fullness without any added calories.
1. Find a friend
It is always good to have support when you are trying to lose weight. Find a friend who wants to lose weight and compare notes, weigh-in together and maybe even have a contest.

2. Use weights
Working out weights will build muscle and raise your metabolism so you will burn more calories. Also, muscle takes up less space than fat so you will be smaller ( but probably weigh more).
I’ve seen the site about the weight loss, and I want that very much. I know the products work, it’s just gettin them w/o giving out a creditcard # in order to get them for free. I still have to pay shipping and of cource creditcard# is what they want. I don’t have a creditcard or a bank account, so I’m bummed. wish it was easier to get those products. Can any one help?
