Check out these celebrity chef tips for satisfying hunger with fewer calories. The trick? Sneak in more fiber.
- Pick whole-grain cereals. Then add blueberries, cranberries, and almonds to up the flavor and fiber.
- Fiber up flap jacks. Substitute regular flour with whole grain (like oat flour) in pancakes and waffles.
- Get brown rice instead of white. Ordering Chinese? If you add veggies and soy sauce, the rice turns brown anyway, so your family won’t know the difference.

Thank you for the advice with the Blueberries and Cranberries and Almonds. I tried almonds with my Corn Flakes, it tasted pretty good. So, I added blueberries, that tastes very flavorful and exciting. Finally, in about a week, I started adding cranberries. This really helped me to wake up in the mornings. Now, I cannot get enough of blueberries in a day! I eat them all the time!
