You know whats a great snack…fruit cups. They are amazing and very low-cal. They helped me to lose weight. Avoid ALL fast-food. Reward yourself with clothes/material things and never food. Good Luck all ;)

I thought it was all very good except for the ADD drugs. Why was it even mentioned?

I always wondered about detox. This gave me all the info I needed. I’m not a star, so the temporary pounds this would provide wouldn’t be worth the hassle to me.

I agree with Roo. The ADD drugs are not a “trick”. They’re more like a drug which in fact they are.

What a relief to read Hallie Levine Sklar’s mention of Isagenix. Isagenix is absolutley the most forward thinking, healthy program available. It is whole body nutrition which workis on the cellular level cleansing toxins from the inside with the results showing up on the outside as lost pounds and inches. Thank you Hallie!

Those last two are revolting. I’m glad that you said DON’T DO IT! Because many people hear about these diets without also hearing they’re bad for you. I think the most healthy one was probably 3-2-1.
