I think someone at health has a serious sweet tooth.
I usually go for the salty, savoury snacks - nuts, veggies and cream cheese, cheese or air popped popcorn
yum there needs to be more healthy snacks that actually taste good
I would like to go for an apple as as snack between my meals becuase a raw apple contains 55 calories. A healthy fruit too..
