"same as what steven said why even bother to eat the pizza when your watching your weight you should be on a diet and diets do not involve pizza though you should exercise"

Technically, diets are stupid and you gain back everything you lose once you go off it. The trick is to not be too strict while still maintaining a healthy balance -- this includes allowing yourself a treat every once in awhile. If you go without the foods you crave for too long, it can ultimately be damaging.

Bottom line = eat well and exercise, but don't deprive yourself.

"Why eat pizza if you are on a diet"...because not everyone is perfect when it comes to dieting...someone could be doing really great and then just splurge...oops!

Definitely, exercise the extra fat grams and carbs away if you eat the pizza slice. For me it is hard to eat just one slice. Of course, if you eat a veggie pizza with fat free cheese, you will have less to work off. But do the suggested exercises anyway. Then you will burn off more than the pizza! Good post.

If your watching your weight, it's easier to just skip the pizza. But then you miss the health benefits of exercise.
