3 Ways to Burn Off a Slice of Pizza

The treat: One slice of pizza (272 calories)

Try this: Go shopping for at least 104 minutes.

Or this: Dance for 53 minutes.

Or this: Do a 28-minute mini-circuit—pedal fast on a stationary bike for 2 minutes, jump off and do push-ups for 1 minute, then climb stairs for 4 minutes; rest, then repeat sequence 3 more times.

If your watching your weight, it’s easier to just skip the pizza. But then you miss the health benefits of exercise.

  • Definitely, exercise the extra fat grams and carbs away if you eat the pizza slice. For me it is hard to eat just one slice. Of course, if you eat a veggie pizza with fat free cheese, you will have less to work off. But do the suggested exercises anyway. Then you will burn off more than the pizza! Good post.

same as what steven said why even bother to eat the pizza when your watching your weight you should be on a diet and diets do not involve pizza though you should exercise
