Category: Sweet treat
Crunch factor: Very crunchy
Taste: The highlight of this bar is the crunchy yet chewy whole-oats quality, hinting of Scottish oatcakes. On top of that is a mild, slightly underwhelming peanut flavor. They have a honeyed sweetness.
Overall score: 3.3 out of 5, a shade better than good.
The bottom line: A bar more for oat lovers than PB fanatics. Peanut butter and canola oil take the fat content to 9 grams, only 1 gram saturated; two bars yield 200 calories.

These are a wonderful, delicious snack! They are very sweet and peanut buttery – my favorite of any granola bar I’ve tried (and I’ve tried a lot!). They can be a little messy, do to their cruchy/crumbly nature so it’s harder to eat them if you’re have a really quick snack on the go. Otherwise these are perfect for those mid-afternoon sugar cravings.
