		<description>Your midnight snacking could be the problem actually. It&#039;s suggested to stop eating at least three hours before going to sleep. Everything you are doing is perfect, so other than that there is no reason not to be losing weight, or inches. Also, maybe eat a few almonds here and there during the day (as Heidi said). Maybe 5 almonds around 8 am, 11 am, 2 pm and 5 pm. If your body is digesting food all day, that burns calories, therefore, you lose weight. Good luck, I hope this helps!</description>
