Wow! I love all of the above and have begun to incorporate them more frequetly in my diet!
Thanks for the tip!
An extract in white kidney beans is being made into a supplement. Why take a pill when you can eat the food?
Love the healthy eating info – I am working my way through the archives
I find this research interesting. These are things i didn’t know about it here and I am now will put these things to good use to find out for myself.
Awesome advice. I like all the above except the dark chocolate, and the almonds I eat most every day.
I’ll keep the other items in mind when I go to the grocery store.
for the last 3 weeks I’ve been eating at least 6 servings of fruits and vegetables, less than 1,500 calories a day, and have been exercising at least 30 min 5 days a week and I haven’t lost any weight or inches…at night I indulge in 1/2 serving of Lindt 65% cocoa dark chocolate and a serving of almonds, both of which are suggested above… is my midnight snacking impeading my weight loss process? should I move it to a different time of day? please help me out?
A couple of things could be happening. First of all, I’d recommend switching ONE of your treats to another time of day, just to be “safe.” I keep almonds in my desk and allow myself a serving over the course of the day. I’ll just grab 5 almonds here and 5 almonds there… the counting keeps me entertained, too. :) (I count 20 almonds as a serving, but whatever you do will work. I’ve found that I actually lose weight on the weeks I do that compared to the weeks I don’t eat any at all, but have never officially tried the night time eating thing. I also indulge in my chocolate serving at breakfast (sometimes before breakfast) instead of at night. If you are eating fewer than 1500 calories/day AND exercising, you might not be consuming enough calories which could impede your weight loss.
Your midnight snacking could be the problem actually. It’s suggested to stop eating at least three hours before going to sleep. Everything you are doing is perfect, so other than that there is no reason not to be losing weight, or inches. Also, maybe eat a few almonds here and there during the day (as Heidi said). Maybe 5 almonds around 8 am, 11 am, 2 pm and 5 pm. If your body is digesting food all day, that burns calories, therefore, you lose weight. Good luck, I hope this helps!
no… eating late at nught wont hurt or help you.. your body is always burning cal… you my have a hyper thyroid or a slow metabolism… but as long as your not obese… having a slow metabolim can increase your life span..
zanker- my mother was never overweight and she lived by a well-balanced diet with one major adage- if you eat anything after supper at night, it should be fruit. Fruit will keep your blood sugar levels more normal for the “fast” your body experiences between supper and breakfast.
Zanker: Try adding an 8 ounce cup of hot purified water with the juice of 1/2 lemon in the morning before you eat. Also, I mix and drink cranwater, which is 4 ozs. of pure cranberry juice to 28 ozs. purified water (be sure to buy the juice that costs about $8-$9, not the cheap blended stuff) and I take 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil twice daily. I try to drink 1/2 gallon of the cranwater daily in 8 oz. serving. Try 1 glass before breakfast, then before lunch and supper, and in between meals. Move your midnight snack to earlier in the day and have a piece of fruit as your nightly snack. These are just suggestions. I also take my daily required minerals and vitamins in a liquid form. I get these nutrients in a drink called VEMMA. I also have an energy drink called Verve, that contains energy boosters and all the vitamins and minerals found in VEMMA. If you are interested in more info about VEMMA and Verve, put a note here and I can direct you to my website if that is legal for this blog. I will have to check and see if I can do this on this blog since I do not want to break any of their rules! Also, be sure you are getting enough protein and balance your intake of protein, carbs and good fats. All of this is a combination of two eating plans, the Fat Flush and the Zone with the exception of my VEMMA and Verve. There are websites available for both of these plans.
Zanker.. the thing to keep in mind is, if you are consuming a variety of healthy foods, drinking PLENTY of water and also, perhaps to consider not eating anything after a certain time of night. Ive been seeing an RD who is working with the specialist that is treating me for PCOS/Metabolic Syndrome, and they tell me, not to eat after 7pm.
The body is ’shutting down’ from the need to eat. To keep eating would trigger the body to store those calories as fat for later use. You dont want that.
But, for three weeks, you have to realize, your body will retain water from exercising… the body thinks its going to dehydrate by keeping the water in…
By drinking PLENTY of water, the body will then release the water contained in the muscles, and then you should start seeing weight loss… I drink a gallon of water per day (summers require more water, then Winter, so on and so on).. In two weeks Ive dropped an additional 5 pounds…
The key is Variety, plenty of water, exercise and timing of eating…
Glad to know this! I love all the above and agree…
are there any other insulin regualting foods that you recomend?
zanker, are you including the calories for the chocolate and almonds in your 1500? Are you exercising intensly for those 30 minutes? Thirty minutes is usually recommended for heart health and sixty to ninty for weight loss. How long have you been at it? How much weight do you need to loose? If you are close to your ideal weight than your healthy habits could take more time to show on the scale. Have you tried using a tape measure? Sometimes you loose inches before the scale shows anything. Are you including weight training?
I need a calorie counter to see how much I’m eating every day. I’m also diabetic 2 so I have to take it easy on sweets, even fruits and juices. What do you suggest?
Try http://www.fitday.com
The article above really helped me,i will start doing this. I’m so excited about it. my sister has her almonds w/ her all the time, wherever she goes.Thank You,Pam
love the tips you gave above..keep it coming!
Is there a Trader Joe’s near you? If so, they have the BEST dark chocolate covered almonds! Just a few will do the trick!
Maybe you can order online.
Please remind people on high blood pressure medication that they should not eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice.
Zanker – Are you really sure you are only eating at total of 1500 calories per day? We all have a tendency to underestimate our total caloric intake. Also, what is your current weight? When I weighed 375 lbs, eating only 1500 cals would have thrown my body into starvation mode. Make sure you are getting lean protein and some health fat such as olive oil (but not too much.) Eating at night won’t hurt you but be sure you are calculating your chocolate serving correctly. My husband and I were shocked at the fat grams in dark chocolate. Good eating!
KATHY, WHATS THE COMPANY NAME OF ALMOND CHOC AT TRADER JOES?
Also important to keep in mind what an actual serving is. I’m only the recommended “one ounce of dark chocolate” were at least most of the entire bar! They don’t mention in, but everything I’ve read states raw almonds – not salted or flavored. I’ve found that increasing the amount of water I drink really does help. And no eating after 7 pm. Good luck to all trying to drop a few pounds this summer!
I agree with everything you advise but one and that is the consumption of grapefruit. It is my understanding that if you are on bp meds, grapefruit cancels the medication. Obviously this could pose a dangerous situation.
I am hypoglocemic, so i am always munching to keep myself from getting dizzy from feeling hungry. So i eat lots of fruit, lots of nuts, and i always have a DARK piece of chocolate on hand.I drink lots of milk, and water, green tea in the morn. I also eat lots of yougurt with blue berries or blackberries. THe morning part of the day I am ok, till sundown then i am STARVING. any suggestions on my meat intake, I don’t eat pork.
Zanker, I have a restricted diet due to severe cholesterol, my cholesterol was 380. I got my cholesterol down and walked up to an hour 4 days a week and haven’t lost any weight either. Very frustrating when my lunch consists primarily of tuna (plain) and beans (plain).
I’ve never known that choclate can burn fat in our body.
In the article on white beans, the term “resistant starch foods” is mentioned. What are they and what other foods are also “resistant.”
I looked it up at About.com and Wiki. Resistant starch acts like fiber, and passes through the colon undigested, and is fuel for healthy bacteria there. It’s considered to have numerous health benefits, and is easy to get from many sources, among them: beans, oats, brown rice, whole grains, barley, bananas (pref. green), and potatoes (pref. cold).
Its great to know all these facts esp, being diaabetic I am always running around collecting informtion to cut my sugars and also my waistline..thanks a lot!!
Victoria,
Maybe you are not eating enough food. Your body could be going into starvation mode because it is not getting enough…I know sounds crazy, but true.
Love the info! Great site~!
Drink Tahitian Noni Juice
i am over weight and bloated and i have been in severe pain right after my monthly cycle and have been thinking of doing a cleanse but dont know of any, does anyone know of any?
WHEN I EAT HERSHEYS DARK CHOCOLATE I LOSE WEIGHT. NEVER HAPPENS WHEN EATING THE MORE EXPENSIVE HIGH COCOA DARK CHOCOLATE. I LOVE PEARS BUT ANYMORE I’M WORRIED ABOUT THE PESTICIDES USED ON THEM & HOW THE PESTICIDES PERMEATE THE BEST PART, THE SKIN.
MY WIFE WANTS TO OFFER THE YELLOW BIRTHDAY CAKE WITH REAL BUTTERCREAM DIET. SHE REALLY DOES DROP A FEW POUNDS (3-5) WHEN I BUY HER A QUARTER SHEET CAKE. I DON’T UNDERSTAND HER METABOLISM BUT IT HELPS HER LOSE WEIGHT.
Zanker, What is your water intake each day? I recently went to see a nutrionist and he changed the way I eat and also gave me supplements that I needed and I have lost 8 pounds in a month and it is still coming off. My diet now mainly consists of fruit and vegetable. Fruit is only limited to breakfast. I Drink 16-24 ounces of water before each meal. Food combination during the meal is another important factor. Eat your vegetables with a starch or your vegetable with a protein. Do not combine all 3. I snack on almonds and also try to eat food that are suitable for my blood type. I stay away from foods with preservative and additives, I go organic as much as possible. I did not see any change on the scale until 2 weeks later. I hope this gives you some encouragement
I also eat a HANDFUL of almonds every day, sometimes a few extra, and this year, for the first time, after being religious about the almonds, and oatmeal for breakfast almost every day, my cholesterol went down 40 pts, with higher good cholesterol. I was very excited, and continue the oatmeal and almonds, along with some other items.
Examples of Naturally-Occurring Resistant Starch[2]
Navy beans (1/2 cup cooked) = 9.8g
Banana, raw (1 medium, peeled) = 4.7
Cold potato (1 2” diameter) = 3.2
Lentils (1/2 cup cooked) = 2.5
Cold pasta (1 cup) = 1.9
Pearl barley (1/2 cup cooked) = 1.6
Oatmeal (1 cup cooked) = 0.7
Wholegrain bread (2 slices) = 0.5
Fantastic list!
Zanker, and anyone else who would be interested… here is a free online healthy lifestyle support community forum: http://www.Fit4LifeFriends.com

37 pounds gone so far, 13 more to go! :D
Thanks for the website recommendation!
And good job on the weight loss!~
Keep on going!
:]
Zanker: You can also add weight training to your exercise program as the more muscle mass one has the more efficient we are at burning calories. Maybe you can incorporate strength training 2-3 times per week.
Try to bump up your cardio as well. Obviously 30 minutes is great for maintaining, but 45-60 5 days a week will really burn some calories!
I like the idea of, navybeans, chocolate, pears, almonds, and grapefruit thank you I eat grapefruits daily, and the others occanally. Davina.
Mamasweeta-
I have done a great colon cleanse. It was fairly easy and NOT one where you starve b/c you do it for a month. I loved the results when I did it last year and have just started it again. It is from a company called Life Force International. I can order it for you as I am now a distributor (to get the discount b/c I get my vitamins from them now, too) or you can order it online. Let me know if you have more questions and I can give you more details on my experience with it.
Claire
do you know the name of Navy bean in Italian?
I am Latcose Intolerant and also have IBS what is a good diet I should follow any suggestions ?
Victoria, your cholestrol is high. Have you tried eating raw garlic? Mine was 200 but after a month of adding raw garlic to my diet, I am down to 60 LDL. You have to chop up the garlic and leave it out until it gets sticky, then consume with anything. Do not cook it!
I want to lose my love handles desperatly. What should I do?
You don’t have to spend $8-$9 for 100% cranberry juice for the Fat Flush beverage. Trader Joe’s has it for approx $4.00. I bottle lasts a week. 8oz juice + 56oz water = 64ozs/day. This is great for getting rid of the “fluffy/bloating” belly.
I can’t find navy beans anywhere! Are they in a specialty store? Help! :)
Wow.. I am sitting here in amazement. I have struggled with high blood pressure since getting pregnant with my son. He is 17 now. My doctor has tried everything drug on the market… Never once mentioned I shouldnt be drinking my favorite beverage Grapefruit juice. Is this true. That I am counteracting the bp meds. This is unbelieveable. I am on the phone with my doctors office as soon as possible.
Great advice people!Thankyou
I am trying to lose 45-50lbs but I am not consistant . I have a weakness for sweets. thank you!
The kidney bean supplement is amazing. Relieves my constant hunger, relaxes me, and is a mild diuretic. I believe the key is the affect it has on regulating my blood sugar.
i like all of the above,i love chocs very much and almonds so that will help me out in me loosing weight, thanks
the article really gives me lots of information, but i just wander is it ok, mixing almond drink with oat? thanks
thats nice to hear ……. now i know……. thanks for the info
im 66 and i would love to lose at least 25 pounds.i try to walk at a mile 3 times a week.my downfall is eating when i get home at 6 on the nights that i work.i LOVE potatoe chips.is there anything i could eat with a little taste of salt?
A great afternoon snack that incorporates 2 of these tips is to add diced almonds & dark chocolate to a warm serving of popcorn.
I’m just wondering,I have always ate healthy.I used to walk 3-4miles a day and was able to stay at a weight I was satisfied with. But I have endured several back surgeries during the past year and so far am not able to do the exercising.Any suggestions on how to lose weight w/o exercising/walking?

I am 5ft 5inch tall – from South East India.
Because of my work timings, I ate whatever. never bothered about what am I eating.. over and above, tempatation dragged me to pizzas, etc.
For the last one month, I stopped eating outside, started cooking but, I haven’t felt any change. My tummy still looks like an old friend. my pants r getting tighter day-by-day.
(1) I stopped drinking milk.
(2) I stopped taking ghee.
(3) I stopped eating rice for dinner. but, i cook noodles lot many times. breakfast / dinners. etc
I want to reduce weight.. Wondering if one could suggest a simpler, better way to control my diet and also help me with tips to reduce weight!
thanks..
Ienjoyed reading everyones notes. I don’t know about 22 almonds as a serving, but I usually have 6 almonds as a serving and 2 little blocks of dark chocolate. I also had navy beans for the first time today and well, I need a better recipe.as for the pears, I think I will try that too. Well it can’t hurt! And as for the grapfruit, I thought it doubles BP meds?? Any docs out there who could clarify. Also for those with diabetes can try ground cinnamon to help level out sugar.
If you want to loose weight you need to find out were your heart rate needs to be at while you exercise. If you just walk and do not get that heart pumping, the weight will not come off as fast as if keeping your heart rate between 65 to 85 percent higher. Example if you are 40 years old roughly between 117 to 144 the low end is for weight loss and the high end is cardio and toning. And you want to include weights. If you want to tone up use low weights but 3 to 5 sets and 15 to 20 reps.for me I really want to shrink up my back and arms therefore I incorporated
2 days for the upper body and 1 day for the lower body and abs and obliques 5 days. And 5 days on the treadmill and oliptical. And I haven’t noticed a lot of changes in the lower body but its small any how, butin 3 weeks I have gone down 4 inches off the shoulder and back area. Well wanted to share this info with everyone. Thanks for having this site! K
zanker-
the reason why you aren’t losing weight isn’t because of your midnight snacking; it’s because you’re eating less than 1500 calories a day! Eating less than 1500 slows your metabolism WAY down, so you actually have a harder time losing weight. I was incredulous of this at first, and you may be too. I used to eat a very small number of calories throughout the day, but then at dinner I’d over-indulge. I would still be eating less than 1500 calories, but it wasn’t doing any good. I took advice from my friend, a nutritionist, and I’ve been finally losing weight! She said that it’s best to eat a healthy snack before dinner and at around mid-morning so that my metabolism is constantly burning calories throughout the day, and I’ve been feeling satisfied and not over-indulging. It really works!
This is a great site. I have been on a strict exercise program for 3 months, I want to loose 8 pounds. I cant. I lok leaner but my clothes got tighter due to musscle gain.

this informations is great! I’ve beend trying to loose weight also,I’m starting all over again, love the information does any one take anything to help fight the urge for snacks at night,I have friends taking phen from a doctor,I’m a little scared of that.but it helps the hunger they say.
1. Stretch your meals to, at least, 20 minutes or longer. Your stomach, mouth and brain are all connected and it takes 20 minutes of chewing before your stomach signals your brain that you are full. To feel full and successfully lose weight on any weight loss program, you need to eat slowly for 20 minutes or longer.
2. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day is important to your health, your normal diet and to help lose weight. Water is necessary for the metabolism of your stored fat. Weight loss cannot occur without an active metabolism which requires large quantities of water. Another way to use water to lose weight is to drink a large glass of ice water just before meals. The cold causes your stomach to shrink slightly which will make you feel full faster.
3. The more positive your self-esteem, the better you feel about yourself, the faster and easier it will be for you to lose weight. When you are self-confident, you are better able to take charge of your life. It also means that after you lose weight, it will stay gone permanently.
4. When you go fat free or low fat, you also cut out much of the taste of the foods you eat. Add the flavor back with herbs and spices. Strong flavors such as vinegar, garlic, chili powder, cayenne, curry powder, rosemary and tarragon can be used to doctor up any food you are eating. For your low fat and fat free diets, experiment with different herbs and spices until you find some you like. Staying on your fat free or low fat diet will be easier and your weight loss will be speeded up.
5. Increase your metabolism by as much as 40% by using hot and spicey foods such as hot peppers of all varieties and mustards. Research shows these foods all increase your metabolism. For double duty, give up fat filled mayonnaise for mustard and add hot peppers to your food for greater flavor and increased metabolism.
6. Negative emotions will also interfere with your weight loss program. It’s difficult to stay motivated to lose weight when you feel bad. Overeating often accompanies negative emotions such as depression, anxiety, fear, guilt and anger. If this is true for you, begin a stress management program including some exercise and relaxation exercises.
7. To lose weight faster, reduce your intake of caffeine. Caffeine leads to an increase of insulin in your body which retards the burning of your stored fat. This is a simple chemical reaction in your body that you can change. Reduce your caffeine intake by 50% and see what happens. Here is a rough guide to use when looking at the amount of caffeine you currently take in: Brewed coffee (6 oz. cup) – 100mg; Instant coffee (6 oz.) – 70mg; Tea (6 oz.) – 50mg; Soft drinks (12oz.) – (Coke, Dr. Pepper, Mountain Dew) – 50mg; Dark chocolate (1 oz.) – 20mg and Milk chocolate (1 oz.) – 6mg.
8. Incease your intake of fiber rich foods. They will help fill you up faster and will help all the food you eat pass through your digestive system more easily.
9. Exercise is probably the most important key to increasing your metabolism and burning off excess fat. Research shows that you burn more stored fat for energy when you do aerobic exercises on an empty stomach than on a full stomach. Research also shows that you burn more stored fat when you exercise late in the day rather than in the morning. Put together, the best time to exercise to lose weight by burning your stored fat is in the late afternoon/early evening before dinner. Second best is in the morning before breakfast. Our metabolism naturally starts to slow down about 8 hours after we wake up. Thirty minutes of aerobic exercises in the evening, before dinner, will not only burn off stored fat but it increases your metabolism for about two to three more hours just when it was starting to slow down. This produces a significant increase in fat burned off, even after the exercise is over.
10. To lose weight quickly, never skip a meal. Your first meal after waking starts your metabolism. Your metabolism then speeds up for about eight hours and then starts slowing down until you go to sleep when it goes to low until you wake and eat and start the cycle again. Skip breakfast and your metabolism doesn’t get started until lunch time. You’ve just missed three or four hours of fat burning time. When you skip meals during the day, your metabolism also slows down. Weight loss through the burning of stored fat is all about eating enough of the right kinds of foods so you stay full and your metabolism stays as high as possible. Remember, if you feel hungry, your metabolism slows down. Stay full with healthy, nonfattening foods and your metabolism will continue to burn your stored fat as fast as your body will allow.
Grapefruit is only a problem if your HBP meds are calcium channel blockers. Please check with your doctor or pharmacist to determine if you can eat grapefruit or not. I use Altace, which is an ACE inhibitor and is not affected by grapefruit. However, it is not good for pregnant or nursing mothers. While forums like these offer good information, always check with a professional to be certain the information is accurate in your situation.
Carol: I am lactose intollerant as well and used to suffer from IBS. Through the process of trying South Beach (much of which I still stick to and lost 50 pounds in 4 months, have kept off for well over a year and continue to lose slowly and permanantly) I discovered that I have a gluten sensivity – not quite the same as Celiac (and don’t rely on blood test for diagnoses – very unreliable). ALL of my gastro, headache, swelling, skin, low energy and other difficulties went away and have not returned by eliminating gluten (wheat, barley, rye)! I believe South Beach is great when adopted as lifestyle (not crash diet style), but believe the real secret to my success and truly becoming a new person in so many ways, is going gluten free. From what I’ve read (and Living Gluten Free for Dummies is fantastic) anyone can benefit from going gluten free, and further that if people were to discover what their food sensitivities are and eliminate them, obesity could be cured! The only Christmas cookies that even tempted me this year were the ones I made gluten free, and I downed quite few – candy cane puffs, mint brownies, Monster Cookies, toffee bars…! I know how I feel when I eat gluten (painful reminder last X-mas when I ate ONE regular sugar cookie) and I am not tempted by ANYTHING with gluten. I have to admit, I gained about 3-5 pounds over winter break, but have lost 2 pounds already this week by just getting “back on the wagon” and being active again (bit sedentary being off work for two weeks). I hope this helps even one person, but really could help many! Good luck everyone!
Carol: One additional thing about lactose intollerance. I have no problem with cheeses or yogurt – which I’m told is because of the enzymes, etc. I also do ok with better ice creams and frozen custards as they “cook” it and seems to help with the lactose. I eat small amounts of cheese with almost every meal – cheddar on eggs, feta on salad, parmesan on anything, string cheese for a snack. Also started eating probiotic yogurt recently and like it a lot. So I don’t drink milk, but get plenty of calcium from some dairy and green veggies. If really jonesing for chocolate milk (which is supposedly lower in lactose) I take a Lactaid and drink up! ;o)
Amy advice on a great colon cleanser that doesn’t require a ton of pills a day?
Ummm… yeah ummm… this is weird ok ummmm…bye
I have actually been on the Flat-Belly Diet for a week now that promotes many of the same foods above. The portions are measured and controlled and you can eat 1600 calories a day via 4 400 calories meals.
With each meal you eat a MUFA (mono-unsaturated fatty acid). MUFAs have been proven in studies to rid the body of excess body fat because they are good fats. They also raise good cholesterol and lower bad cholesterol. These MUFAs include dark chocolate, avocados, olives, nuts/seeds/nut butters, and oils. Who wouldn’t want to eat a diet full of these yummy things??
I haven’t really been hungry, and I love the easy recipes in the book because it takes all of the guesswork out of whether or not you are doing it right. I haven’t weighed or measured yet, but I feel healthier and have more energy.
I have also started a nutritional supplement called Monavie that has really increased my energy. It is also packed with antioxidants, and I really do believe it is the reason I have not yet had any sickness this winter, in particular sinus infections, which I normally get about 3-4 times a winter.
Losing weight does not mean you have to starve yourself. You’ve given some great tips here, and I’m glad there are more and more people spreading the word that food is not the enemy. In fact, in order to lose weight, you probably want to consume more food than you are now. You have to give your body the energy it needs to workout and be productive throughout the day, and it gets this energy through calories. If you starve yourself, you not only won’t have the energy to exercise, you will put it into starvation mode and it will horde every calorie you consume. So eat people, eat!
There really should be a book called weight loss for dummies, because I am clueless, I just turned 50 and have gained 20 lbs over the last couple years, I have been thin all my life, I know it’s easier to gain and harder to loose with age, all my fat is in my stomach (ONLY), I don’t really like alot of different foods and I don’t know what is healthy and what is not, I mean I know a little but not enough, is there a site that can list foods or help me make a menu to follow? (I really have to follow a plan) my husband and 16 yr old are very overweight. i would like to make a healthy change, I’ve never really exercised, I just bought the wii and wii fit and will start doing that and work my way up to more. any help or advise would be wonderful, thanx
It’s great tip!!! it makes sense to eat all this healthy foods!!! i even make myself sugar free dark chocolate and don’t add all the sugar to it !!! but cacao for real do great job for the metabolism, and beans are so healthy -they are brush for the stomach!and almonds should always be part of our diet i agree to that for sure!pears are famous for stomach problem solvers lol!!! nice tipp to lose weight !!!
Great info.surprised abt choc playing a role in weight loss.hope it works for me too:-)
By building muscle (within a sensible degree) you’ll continue to burn calories even after you’ve finished your workout. A natural supplement like Relfex Colostrum (Reflex Colostrum review) will help you recover quicker and help you burn more fat in the gym. Many people automatically think of supplements as a negative thing, but I lost 2 stone in 3 months, so I’d disagree. We’re not talking about Arnie style muscles, just good tone.
Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has any good herbs to take to help lose weight?
Thanks
Sorry, I mean if you know of any good herbs to take?
Every time i come here I am not dissapointed, nice post
Sometimes the best laid plans….after work, I go to the gym 4x per week-weights, aerobics, etc. getting home around 6P when I prepare dinner. In order to eat with my husband (who also went to his gym after work) we eat at 7:30 – 8PM. I go to bed at 10, since I get up at 6. I hate eating late…but don’t know how to re-arrange things. Been trying to drink more water, but causes way too many bathroom trips during work (with toddlers)! (Even a month later). Not to mention getting up at night. I guess maybe it’ll all come together after retirement….
Thanks alot for sharing all these info, surely loosing wweight can sometimes be an uphill task.. Just to know many people try doing it makes me feel better. Is this dark chocolate teh same at the one found in cocoa drinks ?
I believe diet is the most important thing for weight loss. No exercise helps if you`re not watching what you eat.
I`ve tried hundreds of different methods, and only 10% of everything really works.
These foods are SUPERB for weight loss.
Thanks!
Im relieved reading peoples opinion, thus learning alot too. Its awesome!
never eat fatty stuff because that is what makes you unhealthy
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR DIET
I love all the articles,
but with the grapefruit,
