		<description>There&#039;s a lot of fat in this recipe. I would use some olive oil spray to cook the squash and cut back on the oil for the onions and rice as much as possible. Other than that, it&#039;s a really nice recipe. The squash adds some nice fibre and vitamins.</description>

		<description>You can always highlight the recipe, click on &quot;edit&quot;, then click on &quot;copy&quot; and open up word (or whatever word processing system you have), press &quot;edit&quot; again, then press &quot;paste&quot;.  There you have the recipe, all of it.  Takes more time, but at least you get the whole recipe.</description>
