Here’s how actress Maria Menounos gets her burger fix. Lean ground turkey and zesty seasonings make for a delicious burger for under 300 calories.
Prep time: 12 minutes
Cook: 11 minutes
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 pound lean ground turkey
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 3/4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
4 (1/4-inch thick) slices red onion
4 whole-wheat hamburger buns, toasted
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix first 8 ingredients (through feta). Use an ice cream scoop or 1/2-cup measure to make equal-size patties.
2. Broil for 5–6 minutes on each side or until done.
3. Place burger on bottom half of bun. Top with onion slices and a Dijon-and-ketchup mixture (a trick for cutting sugar from your diet), if desired; garnish with parsley, if desired. Cover with top half of bun. (Serving size: 1 burger)

Hi webmaster!
I have searched all over this site for the recipe mentioned in your April 2008 issue for “Bethenny’s great yogurt sauce” to serve with Maria Menounos’s Mykonos Burger. It would be nicer if your recipes were easier to find.
You need to fix how this site prints recipes. The Skinny Caesar used 3 sheets of paper and the print is so small on the recipe I need to use a magnifying glass to read it! I don’t appreciate wasting paper and expensive colored ink. Please fix ASAP!
Hi webmaster!
RE: Maria Menounos’s Mykonos Burger How does mixing Dijon mustard and Ketchup lower sugar? Most Ketchup is loaded with high fructose corn syrup!!!!!!
Please fix the way your printer friendly button works. It is not “printer friendly” and the print is so small I had to use more paper to enlarge it.
I love your recipes its just difficult to read.
Thank you.
Interesting facts.I have bookmarked this site. stephanazs
Totally agree with the print comments. It is a nightmare trying to print 1 page of recipe!!! I tried printing and it required six pages, one of which was the actual recipe!!! Tip: You can highlight just what you want to print and then choose to print “selection” on your print box, however the print is small as previously noted.
