Remember to shop after you’ve eaten, and only shop the outside isles of the store. All the healthiest foods are there. You save time, still burn calories, and find the freshest foods there.
I find that I save a lot of money and waste less food when I make a list and plan the meals for the week. It also helps avoid unnecessary shopping trips!
