		<description>I did the Perricone 28 day diet one year ago and am going on it again.  I loved it.  It is expensive and a lot of work, however, I never felt better.  I had no cravings for sweets or wine (a true love of mine) and had more energy than I knew what to do with.  This time around I hope to be able to follow his recommendations after the diet to maintain what I consider a healthy lifestyle that made me feel great.  I also lost 11 pounds while eating more food than I ever imagined.  I was never hungry.  While he does recommend organic foods, I feel that just eliminating some of the foods he recommends would make a difference as well.  Maybe I can come up with a modified (cheaper)plan and still have good results.</description>

		<description>I did the Perricone Promise faithfully by the book, for 8 months, all I can say is this book really could be a life saver, after the first 2 weeks I actually was in a euphoric state of mind,also the energy was so abundent that I started going to the gym because I had so much energy I had to do somthing to relieve it. I believe it was actually a type of cleansing out for  the body and mind. Within the 28 days I lost 20 lbs. then I stayed on the book for the next month. I lost another 5 lbs. I felt so good, mentally and physically I remained on the book for 8 months. I will say it is expensive, but really if you have good health it&#039;s a savings in long run.</description>
