Ive also been on the diet for 2 weeks, and i work out in the gym pretty much every day for an hour and im looking better each and every day. The Cereals can be bought at Morrison&#039;s. Thats where i go. I love the chocolate shakes and usually eat one for my breakfast followed by a banana and then another for lunch and a high protein dinner and i drink between 2-3 litres of water per day. Good luck to everyone. I love this diet.</description>

I&#039;m eating fruit and yogurt for breakfast then a shake for lunch, a snack bar, then either a salad or a shake for dinner.  I will also have a sugar free fudge bar or popcorn after dinner.  I&#039;m down 11 lbs so far!  It&#039;s been really easy!  Good luck to everyone else who&#039;s doing this!</description>

The online fitness plan shows you how many calories you burn doing everyday things and more.  There are also recipes, forums and much more.  I usually replace 1 meal a day.  My current favorite replacement is a slim-fast chocolate shake blended with strawberries or raspberries, but I add 4 more ounces of fat free milk and 2 teaspoons of benefiber.  Yummy and filling.</description>
