I went on medical hold due to pregnancy planning, etc. The center is now closed down with no others in site. The at home program I have been referred to is very customer unfriendly, does not appear to believe in returning phone calls, emails or even having a working website. I was never notified of any center closings and still have quite a bit of prepurchased product and weeks that it appears I may never see. So far my research has not gotten me anywhere in how I can talk to anybody at either company about this. I would be most interested in any ideas anyone has. I had the same issue.
