		<description>I saw the book on TV program and decided to try it.  I am 5ft 4 and weigh 125.  I don&#039;t need to lose I need to firm up.  My body fat is 31%.  I just started this week.  I eat and journal my food.  I have problems getting 1200 calories a day in.  I worry about high potassium and vit K.  In Nov I had high potassium and high calcium in blood work.  But I am going to see how it works.  In a few weeks I might go in for another blood test.  Keep you posted.</description>
