OK I’ve read your first 4 chapters..now it’s time for me to go to my first WW meeting. I want to loose weight slowly and have to loose 25lbs. I’m giving WW a try even though it didn’t work in the past. I’m determined now and want this weight off for a number of reasons. Fingers crossed. I’m ready to face the day. Thanks for your encouragement.
