I'm pretty sure it's only available in health food stores like whole foods, I even read somewhere that Trade Joe's was going to get it. You can always order it online though; but it's expensive online.

By the way their website lists the current locations that carry it and they update it something like once a week. There website is www.carbawhey.com They're the inventors of the super low cal frozen yogurt in yogurt shops.

Why didn't they have Arctic Zero on here? I eat there whole pint because it's 136 calories for the whole thing! Forget small dinky portions, I'm all about eatting the whole pint. Not to mention its got 20g. of protein in it, it's all natural, and it's lactose intolerant friendly. They've got it in a bunch of health food stores here in LA, and they sell it online if you aren't close to a store. But I think it's expensive because they ship it overnight in dry ice.

Edy's and Dreyers are the same. For some reason it's called Edy's in the east and Dreyers in the west - I'm not making it up it says so on their website.

Ppl on this site are right, especially about the portion sizes. 120 calories isn't much - especially considering that Haagen Daaz light is like 200+ - but no one eats only the 1/2 cup recommended and btw I weighed it once and it wasn't even close to being a real half cup that you would measure out using a measuring cup!
Don't get me wrong I love ice cream and I have a hard time processing/digesting fats so for me the very low fat ones are crucial but none the less they are an indulgence and shouldn't be thought of as guilt free everyday fare. I noticed in another article you recommended eating half of an ice cream sandwich...give me a break!
For a treat though I have to say that Edy's/Dreyers is of excellent quality, I absolutely love the creaminess of it as well as their huge flavour selection. I find Breyers light and non-fat to be very grainy and not that tasty.
I would also recomment checking out frozen yogurts, lots of great varieties out there. And if you like fruit try sorbets (not sherbets which are basically ice cream) sorbets are pretty much just frozen fruit purees and if there isn't too much water and/or sugar added to them it makes them soooo rich. A punch in the gut of you're favorite fruit's flavour, really great stuff.
